Put this frozen product into the boiling oil at 170°C and keep up the temperature not to be burnt by agitating. Make sure to reduce temperature to 160°C when its surface becomes yellow and keep frying properly.
Raw materials Starch noodle(China), powder for sweet and sour port, soybean
powder(non-fat), salt, laver 1.65%(Wando), sesame 1.5%.
